There's Always Going to Be Something That Helps You See Your Problem in a New Light

At Cottonwood, we understand that recovery looks different for everyone. That's why we offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based treatments designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey.

For Cottonwood Clients

If you’re enrolled in Cottonwood IOP or Aftercare, Trailhead Adventures is part of your program. You’ll hear about upcoming sessions from your counselor or group facilitator.

If you have questions or want to know more before jumping in, reach out to Cameron directly.

For Agencies & Partner Organizations

Trailhead Adventures is available for outside group facilitation. Whether you run IOP groups, youth programs, school counseling, or court-mandated services — if you have a group of people who need to open up, trust each other, or shift their energy, we have an activity for that.
